Drafting contracts and negotiating with clients and suppliers on the legal, tax and commercial terms of contracts; Advising on labor law requirements and compliance; support in setting up processes and paperwork; Maintain contact with legal specialists from head office to ensure compliance with corporate legal policies and procedures and implementation of best practices;

Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for a in-house lawyer or private lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Russian; Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough;
