The key areas of work you can expect to get involved with are:

• cross-border M&A expertise – across a range of industries, often involving the co-ordination of large teams from different countries;

• corporate reorganisations – including reconstructions, demergers, and the development and optimisation of group structures;

• joint-venture expertise – developing innovative structures to solve the complexities inherent in this field;

• general corporate advice – on corporate governance, constitutional documents and other related matters.

Requirements

Successful candidate has to have:
• a degree with a top university (preferably Ivy League law faculty in a common law jurisdiction (US, UK, New Zealand, Australia);
• 2-4 years of experience with a top international law firm or locally recognised top market player firms (Magic Circle, White Shoe, Big Six and similar).
Experience
• Advising on various areas of corporate/M&A
• Playing a key role in a corporate transaction
• Client communication and negotiation experience
• Experience of presenting internally and to clients
• Extensive drafting experience
Skills
• Fluent English, sound Russian (is a plus),
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Networking skills
