The Banking team advises banks and other financial institutions, companies and governments on domestic and international bank financing transactions and provide clients with a wide range of the highest quality legal advice across all fields of banking and finance, including:
• Acquisition finance
• Leveraged finance
• Trade and emerging markets finance
• Real estate finance
• Restructuring and insolvency
• Financial structuring
• Syndicated finance

Requirements

Experience
Post Qualified Experience: 3 - 10 yr +
Drafting and negotiating a wide range of facility documentation across several product areas.
Acting for borrowers and lenders.
Contributing to knowhow, marketing and training activities.
Skills

Ability to communicate assertively when under pressure.

- Russian degree will be considered advantageous, but is not a requirement.
